Llanten, lantén Mayor, Plantago major : Plantein Herbal tea

Plantain is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in the world. The leaves of the plantain this plant are used as an antiseptic, astringent, anti-inflammatory, healing, vulnerable, purifying; externally, in the treatment of varicose ulcers, sores, pustules, hemorrhoids, vaginitis, white discharge.

As antiseptic: The infusion is applied, or simply the fresh juice of the leaves just squeezed and applied to wounds, you can also use the flattened leaves as compresses and apply to the wounds.

a) internal use: gastritis, digestive ulcers, diarrhea; liver conditions; bladder conditions; expectorant and anticatarrhal.
b) external use: sores, pustules, hemorrhoids, vaginitis, leucorrhoea (white discharge), varicose ulcers.

Orally: as an expectorant, anticatarrhal. Helps the digestive system to treat (gastritis, ulcer, diarrhea) and liver and bladder conditions. Plantain seeds are used as a mild laxative.

 El  llantén  es  una  de  las  plantas medicinales más utilizadas en el mundo. Las hojas del llantén  esta planta son usadas como antiséptico, astringente, desinflamante, cicatrizante, vulnerario, depurativo; en  forma externa, en el tratamiento de úlceras varicosas, llagas, pústulas, hemorroides, vaginitis, flujo blanco.

Como cicatrizante y antiseptico: Se aplica la infusión,  o  simplemente  el jugo fresco de las hojas recién exprimido y aplicar en heridas, se puede tambien utilizar las hojas achacadas a modo de compresas y aplicar en las heridas.  

a)  uso  interno:  gastritis,  úlceras  digestivas,  diarrea;  afecciones  hepáticas;  afecciones  de  la  vejiga;  expectorante  y anticatarral.
b) uso externo: llagas, pústulas, hemorroides, vaginitis, leucorrea (flujo blanco), úlceras varicosas.

Por vía oral:  como expectorante,  anticatarral. Ayuda al  aparato digestivo para tratar (gastritis,  úlcera,  diarrea)  y   afecciones hepáticas y de la vejiga.  Las semillas de llantén se usan como laxante suave.
