El Epazote, Pazoli o Paico : The Epazote

For the most part, epazote is used to treat stomach pains, eliminate intestinal parasites and other ailments related to digestion. Its leaves are an excellent source of folic acid and include minerals such as magnesium, iron, and zinc. So it helps the general and optimal functioning of the metabolism.

Other uses of Epazote are:
